Hi, I had a great plate of ribs at SG&B late this morning, but I left behind my coffeemug and now I can't find my cellphone, either! If anyone from the restaurant sees this and the phone is there (don't worry about the mug), PLEASE PLEASE call me at my hotel in Pigeon Forge -- my name is Bill Hammond and the hotel phone is 865 428 2300. I really REALLY need that phone or my vacation is pretty well shot! It's a blue Samsung, not fancy at all, but it contains numbers I vitally need. If it is there, maybe we could ship it via Greyhound to Asheville, NC, which I will be passing by in a day or two...... I could send you a check immediately to cover the shipping costs.

I However dont think you are missing out. This place is over hyped and low rate food. There is a reason it is cheap... because that is how it made. The Kitchen in my opinion shouldnt be considered one, everything reheated, the name of this restaurant is not suitable because hardly anything is smoked or grilled. your steaming hot rolls ... hot out of the microwave!!! not even baked. your 12 year old could cook your dinner at home honestly, for what you are paying for, plus you wouldnt have to tip the lack in service. if you literally like your glass half empty and paying for an out to eat style tv dinner then this your place to go.

My sons girlfriend won a gift card for 100.00 while at Richmond raceway this past weekend.they went to dinner Sunday and both got the buffet .The food was good but they charged the the whole 100.00 git card .I don't think that is right .

Disappointed with Cleanliness

I was in the restaurant today at noon time (9.11.12) and saw the hostess wipe her obvious snotty nose, (after making loud sniffling sounds), with her left hand and then grab the ice scoop at the drink station to get some ice for her drink in her right hand and then return it into the ice bin. NASTY! I will not be back! I think the help needs some lessons in common etiquette!
